Empathy. Passion. Confidence. Three tenets that define Jordan Culpepper as a leader and professional.
Jordan has had the opportunity to work and intern in some incredible spaces, most notably within Public Affairs at The Coca-Cola Company, Operations for NBC at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, and as a 2016 Presidential Correspondence intern under the Obama Administration. He has been featured in both the New York Times and Black Enterprise Magazine and was named a 2018 Summer Academy Young Titan in Berlin, Germany and a West Point Military Academy 2018 McDonald Conference for Leaders of Character Fellow. He is currently working for L’Oréal in their USA Headquarters in New York.
He attributes his success as a mixture of steadfast determination and an “out of the box” mentality that has set him apart from others and he envisions the Crystal Stair Project as an extension of that same concept. “We are all a sum of our experiences, so don’t be afraid to make each one count. Success is all around us, we just have to seek it out.”
Jordan is a 2018 graduate of Howard University where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with a concentration in Emerging Markets. He will be pursuing his Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University’s Fletcher School in 2020.
